We collect very little. Here's what we do with it.
Your name, a phone number, and details about a parcel. That's about all we ever hold, and we use it for one thing: talking with you about your land. Last updated September 2026.
What we collect
Whatever you choose to send us: your name, phone number, email, the parcel number, and any notes about the land. We also collect public county records about the parcel, including the owner of record and mailing address, and basic server logs when you visit this site. No advertising trackers. No cookies that follow you around.
Why we collect it
To reach the owner of a parcel we'd like to buy, to prepare a cash offer, and to answer your questions. If a sale goes ahead, to complete the closing. We don't use it for anything else.
Text messages
We text landowners about a specific parcel. When you submit our form and tick the consent box, you agree to receive texts from 5 Horizon Acquisitions about your land. A few messages over a few weeks is typical, though frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text and we'll remove your number the same day.
- Reply HELP, or call (612) 888-8931, and a person will help you.
- Consent to texts is not required to get an offer. Choose email or mail on the form instead.
We don't sell your information
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. We never share phone numbers or text consent with anyone for their own marketing.
The only people who see your details are those needed to close a sale: the title company or closing attorney, a homebuilder if we assign our purchase agreement to them, and the services that run our phone and email, and the form on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep records of a completed purchase as long as the law requires. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep your number on our do-not-contact list to honor that request. Everything else, ask and we'll delete it.
